The Insights screen shows you who's interacting with your card, how, and where. This guide explains what each piece of data is, why it matters, and how to act on it.
Open Insights
From the app, click Insights in the main menu (chart icon).
Insights has two layers — what everyone sees, and the deeper PRO Advanced Analytics on top.
What everyone sees (free)
Profile views
The total number of times your profile was loaded — every NFC tap, every QR scan, every link click. Plotted as a daily trend so you can spot patterns.
Unique visitors
How many different people looked at your card (not the same person multiple times). A more accurate count of your real reach.
Saved contacts
How many visitors saved your contact card to their phone (added you as a contact). High save rate means your card is making a good first impression.
Contact exchanges
How many visitors sent their info back to you through your exchange form. These become your leads.
Verified exchanges
Of those who exchanged, how many verified their email address — strongest possible lead signal.
Average visitor duration
How long the average visitor spends on your profile. Anything above ~20 seconds is healthy.
Trend indicators
Each metric shows an up/down arrow comparing this period to the last. Green up = growing. Red down = check what changed.
The PRO Advanced Analytics layer PRO
If you have PRO, you also get per-visitor detail and breakdowns. Here's what each one tells you.
Visitor profiles
Click into any visitor in your list to see their full timeline — every visit, every section they viewed, every link they clicked. Useful when prepping for a follow-up.
Source breakdown
Shows where each visit came from:
- NFC tap — they tapped your physical card on their phone
- QR scan — they scanned your QR code (from your screen, your Wallet pass, etc.)
- Apple Wallet — they tapped the pass in their Wallet and scanned its QR
- Shared link — they clicked a link you shared (email signature, DM, etc.)
- Direct — they typed your URL or used a bookmark
Geographic breakdown
Top countries and cities your visitors are coming from. Helpful if you're considering travel, expanding into a region, or wondering "wait — did someone in Singapore really tap my card?"
Device & browser breakdown
Shows the split between mobile, tablet, and desktop — and which operating systems and browsers. Useful for understanding how people are reaching you.
Click analytics
Shows which buttons and links on your card get clicked the most. If your "Book a call" button gets clicked 5× more than your LinkedIn link, you know what's working.
Hour & day patterns
When are people viewing your card? Mornings? Weekends? Match your follow-up timing to when they're most engaged.
How to read your visitor list
Below the charts, you'll see a list of visitors — newest at the top.
Sort by most recent visit, most visits, or longest duration.
Filter to show only people who exchanged contacts, only saved contacts, only new this week, etc.
Click into any visitor to open their full detail page — visit history, contact info (if exchanged), notes you've added.
What to actually do with all this
Insights only pays off if you act on it. Three habits that work:
- Weekly review. Five minutes every Monday. Look at the trend. What changed? Was there a spike?
- Follow up on warm leads first. Sort visitors by duration. The ones who spent 60+ seconds are the ones to message.
- Drop what's not landing. If a custom link or section gets zero clicks for a month, remove it. Clarity beats clutter.
Privacy notes
You only see information visitors chose to share through your exchange form, plus aggregate device and location signals (city-level, not precise GPS). We never sell visitor data. Read our Privacy Policy for the full picture.
