Priority support for customers

Every Anexus customer gets a private support channel inside the app — open a ticket, set a priority, and see the full reply thread in one place.

3 min read Updated June 2026

When you sign in to Anexus Connect, the app knows who you are, what plan you’re on, and which card you own — so your ticket lands with context, gets routed to the right person, and moves ahead of general inbox traffic. There’s nothing to install, no third-party helpdesk to sign up for, and no need to repeat your account details every time you write in.

Open the app and go to Settings → Support

What "priority support" means

  • You’re verified as a customer. No back-and-forth to confirm who you are or what you bought.
  • Faster routing. Tickets from signed-in customers reach the team ahead of general enquiries and are answered before public contact-form messages.
  • Full history in one place. Every reply — from you and from us — stays inside the ticket. You can reopen it, re-read it, or add a screenshot later.
  • Two-way delivery. Replies land in the app and in your inbox, so you never miss one, even if you’re not in the app that day.

How to open a ticket

1

Sign in at app.anexusconnect.com and open Settings.

2

From the left menu, choose Support.

3

Select New ticket and fill in the subject, category, priority, and message. Add as much detail as you can — screenshots, error text, and the step that triggered the issue all help us fix it faster.

4

Send it. You’ll see it appear in your ticket list right away, and you’ll get an email confirmation.

Choosing a category

Pick the one that fits best — it decides who on the team sees your ticket first.

  • Bug report — something is broken, showing an error, or behaving unexpectedly.
  • Feature request — something you’d love the product to do next.
  • Billing — subscriptions, invoices, refunds, plan changes.
  • Account — sign-in problems, password, email, deleting your account.
  • How to… — you want to do something in the app and need a hand.
  • Other — anything that doesn’t fit above.

Setting a priority

Priorities help us decide the order to work through the queue. Be honest — flagging everything as urgent slows down the tickets that really are urgent.

  • Urgent — you can’t use the product at all, a payment is stuck, or your card just landed and won’t tap.
  • High — a specific feature is broken and blocking your work.
  • Normal — most bugs, questions, and requests. This is the right default.
  • Low — nice-to-haves, ideas, cosmetic issues, or long-term suggestions.

When you’ll hear back

Most tickets from customers get a first human reply within one business day. Urgent tickets — anything that stops you using the product — go to the top of the queue and we aim to reply the same business day. We work Monday to Friday, Ontario, Canada time; tickets sent on weekends or holidays are picked up the next business day.

Tracking your tickets

Every ticket you’ve ever opened stays in Settings → Support. Each shows its category, priority, and status — Open, Waiting on you, Waiting on us, or Resolved — so you can always see what’s in play. Reopen a resolved ticket by replying to it; you don’t need to start over.

Prefer email? That works too.

If you can’t sign in — or the issue is about your sign-in — write to support@anexustechnologies.com from the address on your account. It’s the same team, but a ticket opened inside the app moves through the queue faster because we already know who you are.

Not a customer yet?

Priority support is included with every plan, including Basic — so as soon as you sign up, the ticket channel is yours. If you’re still deciding, use the contact page and we’ll be glad to answer.
