Insights & Analytics

Know who is interested — and when to follow up.

Every tap, scan, and link visit is captured with rich context. Know which conversations are warm before you spend the day chasing cold ones.

What it is

A live picture of who's looking at you.

Anexus tracks every profile view with the visitor's perspective in mind: a persistent visitor ID, source (NFC / QR / link), referrer, approximate location, device, and the actions they took (saved your contact, clicked a link, booked a meeting).

You see it as a clean dashboard — counts, recent activity, a weekly chart, and a per-visitor view with their full history.

247 views · 89 unique · 12 this week

A real-time pulse on who's reaching out and how.

What gets tracked

Visitor-centric, not page-centric.

Most analytics tools count page views. Anexus counts visitors — and ties every interaction back to the same person across sessions.

Visitor identity

A persistent visitor ID (browser local storage + optional fingerprint) lets us recognize returning visitors and group all their sessions.

Source attribution

Was it an NFC tap, a QR scan, a direct link, or a campaign-tagged URL (UTM)? Every visit is labelled at the source.

Engagement signals

Which sections they scrolled through, what links they clicked, whether they saved your contact or filled out the form.

Timing & recency

First-seen, last-seen, time-on-page, and visits-this-week. Lets you spot warming patterns before they cool off.

Approximate location

Derived from IP — country and city only. We never collect precise geolocation.

Device & browser

iPhone vs Android vs desktop, plus browser type — helpful for understanding where your audience lives.

Per-visitor view

From a number to a name.

Click any visitor to see their full timeline: every visit, every action, every session. If they later filled out the contact form, that record is linked — now you have a face for the analytic.

  • Chronological activity feed per visitor
  • "Save to Contacts" tracking — who actually added you
  • Repeat-visitor flag — they came back twice in one day, that means something
  • Cross-channel: same visitor tapping you at an event then opening the link from email = one record
  • Privacy-respecting: PII only ever flows in if they choose to submit the form

"They've viewed 3 times this week"

That's the signal worth a message.
