Your card design is what people see in the half-second after they tap. This guide walks you through every visual choice you can make.
Open the editor
From the app, click "Edit profile" or open My Profile from the main menu.
You're now in the editor. Your card preview sits on one side; the editing controls sit on the other.
Pick or switch templates
There are five templates to choose from. Each has its own layout for the photo, name, and content sections. You can switch templates at any time without losing your information.
Click "Change template" at the top of the editor (or "Templates" in the toolbar).
Browse Template 1 through Template 5. Each is a fully designed layout — pick the one that feels right.
Click "Use this template." Your existing content drops into the new layout automatically. No re-typing.
Change your colors
The background of your profile uses a gradient — two colors fading into each other. Buttons, text, and borders each have their own color too.
Find the color panel in the editor (look for the paint-bucket icon).
Set your background top and background bottom colors. The gradient flows from one to the other vertically.
Pick the same color for both if you want a flat background.
Set your button color and text color. Make sure the text reads cleanly against the buttons.
Add a decorative pattern (optional)
You can add a subtle pattern overlay to your background — dots, grid, diagonal lines, or waves. It adds a designed feel without distracting from your content.
In the color panel, find "Cover pattern" (or similar).
Choose from Solid (no pattern), Dots, Grid, Diagonal Lines, or Waves.
Pick "Solid" if you want a clean look. Patterns work best on darker backgrounds.
Upload your profile photo
Click the profile photo placeholder at the top of your card.
Pick a photo from your computer or phone. A square or close-to-square photo works best — the editor will let you crop it.
Drag the crop box to focus on your face. Click "Done" or "Save crop."
Reorder your sections
Sections include things like About, Socials, Custom Links, Photo Grid, Videos, Business Hours, Appointment, Products. You can drag them into any order you want.
Find the section list in the editor — usually on the side or at the top.
Grab the drag handle (the six-dot icon, often called a "grip") next to a section and drag it up or down.
The preview updates as you drop sections in their new place.
Hide a section you don't need
Not every section is for everyone. If you don't sell anything, you don't need the Products section.
Each section has a visibility toggle (an eye icon or switch). Click it to hide that section.
Hiding doesn't delete the content — you can show the section again anytime.
Use the AI Profile Designer PRO
If you're stuck on what to write or how to lay things out, the AI Profile Designer suggests improvements you can accept or skip.
Open the AI Profile Designer panel from the editor toolbar (look for a star or sparkle icon).
Ask it for help: "Make my About section more punchy" or "Suggest a tagline for a freelance designer."
Click "Apply" to accept a suggestion. You can undo the last few changes if you change your mind.
Preview before you share
Always check your changes before sending your card to anyone.
Click "Preview" at the top right of the editor.
Look at it on your phone too. Tap Settings → Share Anexus Profile and either scan the QR code or copy the link to your phone.
