Adding your profile information

Every field you can fill in — name, contact, socials, custom links, about, photos, videos. Plus what to skip if it doesn't apply to you.

Your profile information is what people actually read when they open your card. This guide explains every field and section, what it's for, and what to skip if it doesn't apply.

Every field is optional. Leave blank what doesn't apply. Empty fields don't show on your card.

The basics — name, role, photo

The header of your card has three things: your name, your role/title, and your photo. These are the only fields you really need to get started.

1

First name and Last name. Use whatever name you want people to call you.

2

Position / Title. Your job title, role, or what you do. Examples: "Senior Designer at Acme," "Independent Real Estate Agent," "Founder."

3

Company. The company you work for. Skip if you're independent or it's already part of your title.

4

Profile photo. Click the photo placeholder, upload, crop. A clear, friendly headshot works best.

Contact info — phone, email, address

These show up as action buttons on your card. Tap "Call" and the visitor's phone dials you. Tap "Email" and their email app opens with your address ready.

1

Email. Use the email address you actually check. This is the one that gets contacted most.

2

Phone. Include the country code if you're sharing internationally (e.g. +1 416 555 0190).

3

Address, City, Province. Useful if you have a physical storefront, office, or want people to find your area. Leave blank if you don't want it shown.

4

Website. Your main website URL. Include https:// at the start.

The "About" section

This is your space to introduce yourself in a few sentences. What you do, who you help, what makes you good at it.

1

Click into the About section in the editor.

2

Write 1–3 short paragraphs. Use the formatting toolbar for bold, italics, and bullet lists.

What to write: Don't write "I'm a designer with 10 years of experience." Write "I help small SaaS teams ship landing pages that convert. Most recent: a 38% lift for [client]." Specific beats generic, every time.

Social media links

Add links to LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, GitHub, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube — whatever platforms you're on. They show up as recognisable icons on your card.

1

Open the Socials section.

2

Click "Add social." Pick the platform from the list.

3

Paste your full profile URL — e.g. https://www.linkedin.com/in/yourname. Not just your username.

4

Drag socials to reorder. The top ones get clicked most.

Custom links — buttons for anything

Custom links are labeled buttons that go anywhere. Examples:

  • "Book a free intro call" → links to your Calendly
  • "Read my latest case study" → links to your blog post
  • "See our pricing" → links to your pricing page
  • "Download my menu" → links to a PDF on Google Drive
1

Open the Custom Links section.

2

Click "Add link."

3

Type the button label (what visitors see, e.g. "View portfolio") and paste the URL.

Photo grid & videos

Show your work, your space, your team. Photos and videos let you tell a richer story than text alone.

1

Open the Photo Grid section. Click "Add photos." Pick multiple from your device.

2

Crop each one to focus on what matters.

3

For videos: in the Videos section, paste a YouTube, Vimeo, or direct video URL. The video plays inline on your card.

Business hours

Tell visitors when you're available — for retail, services, support.

1

Open the Business Hours section.

2

For each day, set open time, close time, or mark the day as closed.
