Your data
Personal details stay personal.
The information you share with us — and the information your contacts share with you — is kept protected. If someone ever managed to look where they should not, they would not be able to read it.
Your card and profile
Everything on your live profile — your name, contact details, links, biography, theme — is kept yours alone.
Your contacts
When someone taps your card and shares their info, we treat that information the way they expected — protected, and visible only to you.
Your orders and bookings
If you sell through Profile Shop or take appointments, your customers' details are protected with the same care as your own.
Encryption
Encrypted in transit and at rest.
Your information is protected at every step — encrypted while it travels to us, and encrypted while it sits in our database. Here is what that means in practice.
In transit — TLS/HTTPS
Every connection to Anexus runs over HTTPS with modern TLS, so the data moving between your device and our servers can't be read or tampered with along the way.
At rest — AES-256
The data we store is encrypted at rest with AES-256 — the same standard trusted by banks and governments — so it stays unreadable even to anyone who should never reach it.
Passwords & keys
Passwords are hashed — never stored in a readable form — and the keys and tokens that connect your integrations are encrypted and tightly access-controlled.
Signing in
Your account stays yours.
A strong password
We will not let you pick a password that is too short, too obvious, or known to have been leaked elsewhere on the internet.
Two-step sign-in
When you sign in from somewhere new, we send a short code to your email to confirm it is really you. Knowing your password is not enough on its own.
Sign-in alerts
You get an email every time someone signs in to your account. If it was not you, you know right away — and you can sign that device out in one tap.
Devices you trust
You can see every device signed in to your account and remove any of them whenever you want.
Payments
We never see your card details.
Whenever you pay for something through Anexus — a new card, a PRO subscription, a Profile Shop purchase, or a booking — the payment is handled by a trusted, regulated payment provider. Your card number and security code never reach our servers. We only see a receipt afterwards.

One click in Settings gives you everything tied to your account — ready to keep as a backup or use elsewhere.
Delete your account for real
When you choose to delete your account, your data is removed. There is no hidden archive holding on to it after you have left.
Visitor locations stay general
When someone taps your card, your insights show the general area — never their exact street. People who interact with you deserve that respect.

Where is my data stored?
On managed hosting in Canada, with regular backups that are protected the same way.
Do you sell my data?
No. We make money when you pay for Pro or sell something through your Profile Shop. Your contacts are never a product.
Is my profile or contacts used to train AI?
No. When the AI features help you write or organise, they work in the moment — nothing about you or your contacts is kept for training.
What happens if I cancel?
You can download a copy of everything first. Once you delete the account, the data is removed.
