Everything below is built into the app today and works on every plan. You stay in control of how, when, and with whom you can be booked.

• Multiple meeting types — set up "15-min discovery," "60-min strategy," and "30-min coffee" as separate bookable types, each with its own duration and availability.
• Weekday + hour availability per meeting type, in your timezone.
• Buffer time before and after each meeting so you're never thrown into back-to-back calls.
• Daily booking cap so a busy day on your profile doesn't swamp you.
• Minimum advance notice — block last-minute bookings (e.g. "no bookings less than 4 hours out").
• Auto-confirm or manual-approve — let visitors self-book, or review each request first.
• Video link auto-attach — Google Meet, Zoom, or your own custom URL added to every confirmed meeting.
• Reminder emails sent automatically to your visitor before each meeting.
• Custom intake fields — capture the visitor's name, email, phone, and any context you want before they book.
• Block time-off when something comes up — any bookings in that window are cancelled and those visitors are emailed automatically, so no one shows up to a meeting you can't make.
• Status tracking — scheduled / confirmed / cancelled / completed, all in one view.
• Mini CRM hand-off — every booking lands in your CRM with "source: appointment" so you don't lose the context.
